Keying Systems Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Keying Systems Specialist based in Texas. The Keying Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting fulfillment of contract construction permanent cores and keys. They will directly assist our end users through keying meetings, keying schematics, AIMS design documents, and order entry.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $60,000 - $70,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Consult with end users by phone, web meetings and on-site meetings to determine keying instructions, and will include completing a door schedule, defining end user needs, and obtaining final approval for project
• Support and drive the accuracy of permanent core orders
• Process perm core correspondence promptly after customer confirmation
• Create design and implement System Design Documents (SDDs) through AIMS and BESTCODE in support of customer base and enter permanent keying orders in SAP and document progress of order fulfillment in the KSS One Stop tool
• Help drive long-term relationships by acting as liaison between end users, EUCs, DDMs, and Distributors-providing overall keying system setup support, technical assistance, training, etc.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• 5+ years of customer and/or sales support experience
• High School graduate or GED
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel

WHAT WE PREFER

• Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
• Working knowledge of Salesforce systems
• Experience in Masterkey system design and interpreting keying instructions
• College degree
• Knowledge of BEST Access Solutions product lines
