POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager for our Lifestyle Vertical, specializing in residential and boutique design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the architect and interior designer ecosystem, particularly in the residential and boutique space, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth and demand generation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and nurture strong relationships with architects and interior designers in the residential and boutique sectors.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving growth in the Lifestyle vertical.
- Generate demand and business opportunities through strategic partnerships with architects, interior designers, and key channel partners.
- Provide tailored design solutions and product recommendations to architects, helping them realize their vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and meet customer needs.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Proven experience in sales, specifically within the architecture and interior design industry (preferably residential and boutique).
- Strong network and relationships with architects and interior designers.
- Target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to provide tailored solutions for clients.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on creating win-win outcomes.
