A job that matters: your tasks
- Develop relationships with architects and designers by regular meetings and presentations, and educating them on related codes and standards and dormakaba solutions
- Co-ordinate between Architects & Specification team to ensure that specifications are congruent with Architect’s vision
- Undertake continuous learning within the Architectural Specifications Team by participating and undergoing trainings on the process of specifications, and increase knowledge on Building codes and standards
- Assist Product Marketing Managers with product presentations.
- Follow up with consultants to promote dormakaba products on technical backgrounds and offering dormakaba premium products and solutions.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Responsible to maintain and update activities of self and team in SalesForce.com
- Monitor, report and analyse competition activities and develop effective strategies to counter them
An experience that matters: your skills
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a related field
- Bachelors Degree
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Preferred - Certificate GAI and Knowledge of ANSI / ISO/ DIN / EN HW standards
- Knowledge of CRM tools would be an advantage
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office
- Result-oriented and team worker
- Strong familiarity with project management tools.
- Good working relations with leading architects in Bangalore
