The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales and business development of the dormakaba products for Pattaya market. This includes developing the necessary sales strategies for successful operations throughout the business, understanding the financial needs of the business, and coordinating all of these areas into cohesive action plans for the business as a whole.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop effective go-to-market strategies to deliver sales goals and growth in line with the Company strategic view.
- Lead and manage specification with architects/distributors/project partners to drive Specification as the first Battle dormakaba must win.
- Plan and execute sales strategy that increase EBITDA through specification, product mix and price increase.
- Take ownership in promoting and selling dormakaba products and services to achieve sales objectives.
- Build strong channel partner engagement and expand network to increase our market and customer reach.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders in proactively defining and driving sales activities which include identifying market opportunities and threats, monitoring competition activities and executing commercial activities such as launching new products to the market successfully on a timely manner so as to add value to our customers’ business requirements.
- Proactively respond to complaints from customers and provide solution with the best combination of products, services, logistics and support.
Key Competencies
- Strong knowledge of the Company’s products and service offerings.
- Experienced level of selling, sales forecast and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the market and competitors. Anticipates possible developments at competitors and takes timely decisions to protect and/or strengthen the market position.
- Experienced level of customer relationship management skills. Ability to anticipate needs, sell and build customer base.
- Entrepreneur spirit to be able to drive new and creative initiatives for both recovery and growth initiatives
- High collaboration with multiple teams across the business.
- Excellent communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external stakeholders/ customers
- Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Sales driver, results-oriented and a team player.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Engineering or equivalent to at least 10 years of relevant working experience in the construction and building environment
- Proven sales track record in Sales and Channel Management in the related industry.
