Field Manager

As Field Manager you will need to work through complex issues for our customers, navigate and engage with a broad range of internal and external counterparts, and promote the solutions and capabilities to the broader team. 

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • In collaboration with the Scheduling team, ensure the coordination of the Service Technicians.
  • Formulating Service strategies for the area, in accordance with the National Service strategy.
  • Work with the Training & Assessment team to generate and update a team skills matrix with a focus on continual coaching & development.
  • Ensure field activity recording is completed in real-time by field team.
  • Manage escalations and work toward a solution for the benefit of our brand and customers.
  • Engaging with Industrial suppliers
  • Maintenance of industrial gates and roller doors

 

YOUR SKILLS

 

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about engaging with their team, and has the resilience to navigate a demanding role in a dynamic environment. You will be someone who has the ability to naturally build relationships and be genuinely motivated to go above and beyond expectations. 

The following skills and attributes will lead to your success in this role:

  • Demonstrated success managing a service-oriented team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers at all levels.
  • Knowledge of the commercial and retail market is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to think on your feet and strive in a fast pace, pressured environment with a focus on client management and employee engagement.
  • Strong management and leadership skills with the ability and desire to mentor, coach and engage your team.
