Do you have a knack for customer service, both face to face or over the phone, an eye for detail and the ability to successfully collaborate with others?  


Our trade counters team, based in Bridgnorth, support a range of external customers with the supply of parts and systems, dispatching orders and dealing with queries, in person, over the phone and via email.


A job that matters: Your Tasks 


The Trade Counter Sales Assistant is responsible to provide best customer experience. As a Sales Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our customers.


As part of this team, the main responsibilities will include processing sales orders / returns and providing quotations, to offering technical advice to customers. The work is split between the face-to-face work and the phone / email, so you need to be comfortable with all sorts of communication and administration.  This needs someone with a confident and capable attitude who is also comfortable with contacting suppliers, order chasing, updating customers with the latest prices and availability.


Lastly this is a collaborative and supportive team. We are after someone who is a real team player, who is happy to help their colleagues such as supporting the warehouse during busy/ holiday periods.


Hours of work 9am - 4pm Mon - Thurs. 9am-3pm Fri (31 hours)


An experience that matters: Your Skills 


  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Computer literacy
