A job that matters: your tasks

 

  • Manage a product portfolio of Access Hardware Solutions, including door closers, panic devices, and locks.
  • Provide technical expertise to propose the right products based on customer project requirements and industry standards.
  • Regularly update product positioning, conduct competition mapping, and perform product gap analysis.
  • Identify new product requirements based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Liaise with the Global Product Management team to develop and source new products for the portfolio.

An experience that matters: your skills

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4-6 years of experience in the door hardware industry, with a focus on architectural hardware solutions.
  • Prior experience with products such as door closers, locks, and panic devices is preferred.
  • Additional preference for candidates with GAI qualification.
