Engineering Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking an Engineering Manager based in Chino, CA for our Alvardo business. The Engineering Manager is responsible for the development of new products, from research - to transfer - to operations, in accordance with the company’s business plans for hardware, firmware and software solutions.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $140,500 - $158,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data) plus a Short-Term Incentive Bonus. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and enhance the company’s existing products in alignment with business plans and objectives
• Work closely with cross-functional business leaders to provide engineering expertise during planning activities
• Lead and oversee Alvarado’s engineering initiatives, ensuring timely product launches that meet both customer expectations and company requirements
• Demonstrate expertise in implementing, maintaining, and managing the Quality Management System through disciplined engineering practices, processes, and documentation
• Develop and grow Alvarado‘s engineering team

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline
• Requires 10-15 years of experience in design and development of electro-mechanical products
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results

• Experience working in a similar industry
