Inventory Control Supervisor

POSITION OVERVIEW

Alvardo/dormakaba is seeking a Inventory Control Supervisor based in Chino, CA. This role will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and work closely with the local Operations team. The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of the inventory warehouse functions and work order delivery management.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $25- $28 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Use the current ERP system to assure all transactions into system are completed accurately and on time
• Ensure that all material received is properly put away in designated locations  
• Monitor daily operations to identify and resolve problem areas
• Guide, direct, and coordinate the daily activities for the Inventory warehouse personnel
• Evaluate weekly workload, capacity, and performance to ensure efficiencies 
• Manage receiving, organization of stock parts and materials to ensure proper packaging and storing goods in their designated location 
• Provide and take an active role in departmental task training and subsequent review. 
• Assist in coordinating year-end physical inventory

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience
• Previous warehouse experience
• General knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes and procedures
