POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Remote Regional Sales Representative based in the Northwest/Pacific Northwest to join our Sales team supporting our Alvarado Business. This position is responsible for presenting and selling B2B products and solutions to end users in collaboration with security integrators and security specifiers. Our most successful salespeople cultivate relationships and serve as a trusted, responsive, technical and sales resource for new and existing customers.

 

 

**This position will be a Remote role**

Territory includes the following states: Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and Montana

 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $79,000 - $90,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Plus a generous Sales Incentive Compensation. This position includes a competitive benefits package.  Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

 

 

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Actively manages existing accounts
  • Aggressively pursues company generated and independently developed leads 
  • Maintains and develops an expansive network of security integrators
  • Serves as a technical resource to specifiers and clients
  • Searches for relevant bid opportunities 
  • Provides technical materials (drawings, specifications, etc.) per project requirements
  • Responsively solves customer problems

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Five years successful B2B sales experience, preferably selling technical products
  • Security industry and integrator sales experience (preferred)
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in business software and MS Office applications
  • Self-starter, attention to detail, able to work with minimal supervision, balance multiple priorities and meet company and customer deadlines and requirements
  • Ability and desire to travel frequently
