Service Dispatcher

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Service Dispatcher based in Chino, CA. The Service Dispatcher is responsible for efficiently completing service orders within an assigned area, while ensuring customer needs are met or exceeded.

HOURLY SALARY RANGE: Base Hourly Salary $25-$32 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Field and route incoming calls and enter call orders into the service tracking system
• Prioritize and dispatch calls to Service Technicians
• Follow up with customers to ensure completion and satisfaction
• Maintain regular contact with field technicians to provide direction and assistance
• Secure credit card payments up front on any COD customers or new customers not set up in the ERP system

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• 1+ years of customer service experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

WHAT WE PREFER

• Experience with AIA Billing system
• 1+ years of dispatching experience
