We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Sales Lead to join our Queensland Sales team, that will see you manage and develop our portfolio of service customers across commercial buildings, multi residential towers, hospitals, airports and much more.
This full-time position is based in our QLD Head Office in Coorparoo. In this role, you will be supporting the growth of the service business, through development of QLD State based contract business, plus support of our Corporate accounts. You would be joining a business which has achieved significant growth and success over the recent years with an engaged sales force delivering year on year results.
The core responsibility for this role is to work alongside and lead your team of three, growing the service portfolio of automatic, industrial and door control assets onto service level agreements. You will be the key conduit between our sales department and our service delivery stream.
Key responsibilities include:
- Continue to grow our portfolio of service account customers.
- Actively search and recognize business opportunities supporting the State´s growth agenda.
- Work with your team to manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Work collaboratively with the QLD Service Manager and Field Managers ensuring deliverable outcomes, as well as the overall service strategy, performance and compliance.
- Continuous interaction with internal stakeholders to ensure high service levels.
- Identifying & articulating our value over competitor options.
- Capture and communication of market intelligence to help shape service.
YOUR SKILLS
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have a demonstrated experience in sales leadership with a service management focus.
We are seeking a Sales Professional with a proven track record to drive sales growth, an outgoing personality, team player with can-do-attitude and a will to succeed and execute sales and development strategies.
Other skills will include:
- Strong management and leadership skills with the ability and desire to mentor, coach and engage your team.
- Comprehensive computer skills.
- The ability to naturally build relationships and be passionate about what you do.
- Procurement experience/contract knowledge would be really beneficial but not essential.
