Working from our Head Office in Hallam, we are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Officer to join our collaborative National Customer Experience team on a full-time basis.
You’ll play a pivotal role in modeling exceptional customer care, by acting as the critical link in the sales process between our sales team, stakeholders and our customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Accurate data entry by keying orders into SAP (CRM System)
- Escalation of customer queries to Customer Service Manager
- Manage case queues, backorders and exceptions
- Build and maintain rapport with new and existing customers
- Ensure fluid communication is maintained between multiple departments
- Acceptance of occasional Inbound calls
This role requires you to work 38 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm.
YOUR SKILLS
- Detail oriented; data accuracy is essential to be successful in the role
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to resolve questions and queries in a timely manner
- Excellent phone etiquette and manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Works well in a team as well as autonomously
- Customer focused
