Working from our Head Office in Hallam, we are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Officer to join our collaborative National Customer Experience team on a full-time basis.  

You’ll play a pivotal role in modeling exceptional customer care, by acting as the critical link in the sales process between our sales team, stakeholders and our customers.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate data entry by keying orders into SAP (CRM System)
  • Escalation of customer queries to Customer Service Manager
  • Manage case queues, backorders and exceptions
  • Build and maintain rapport with new and existing customers
  • Ensure fluid communication is maintained between multiple departments
  • Acceptance of occasional Inbound calls

 

This role requires you to work 38 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm.

  • Detail oriented; data accuracy is essential to be successful in the role

  • Ability to resolve questions and queries in a timely manner
  • Excellent phone etiquette and manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
