Join our team as a Customer Service Officer, where you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving customer invoicing disputes. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance financial processes.

 

We have x2 6 month contract positions available.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Acting as the primary contact for customers regarding invoice discrepancies.
  • Investigating and resolving customer billing disputes promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with finance, sales, and service teams to rectify invoicing errors.
  • Suggesting and implementing process improvements to minimize future invoicing errors.
  • Maintaining accurate records of disputes, resolutions, and trends for reporting and audits.

 

YOUR SKILLS

 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills.

 

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, invoicing, or dispute resolution.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with strong negotiation and reasoning skills.
  • Experience in debt collection or sales administration (advantageous but not required).
  • Experience with a CRM program will be advantageous.
