Join our team as a Customer Service Officer, where you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving customer invoicing disputes. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance financial processes.
We have x2 6 month contract positions available.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary contact for customers regarding invoice discrepancies.
- Investigating and resolving customer billing disputes promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborating with finance, sales, and service teams to rectify invoicing errors.
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements to minimize future invoicing errors.
- Maintaining accurate records of disputes, resolutions, and trends for reporting and audits.
YOUR SKILLS
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, invoicing, or dispute resolution.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach with strong negotiation and reasoning skills.
- Experience in debt collection or sales administration (advantageous but not required).
- Experience with a CRM program will be advantageous.
