Working with us will see you join a team of long serving employees with a passion for what they do. Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on supporting our Invoicing Administrators to manage case queues and perform administrative tasks as required. 

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor multiple invoicing case queue's which contain a high volume of subcontractor invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Request Purchase Orders via internal process to enable subcontractor invoice payment.
  • Upload invoices into Servicemax as well as cost centre code and send through to accounts payable.
  • Communication with Service Technicians and agency network to ensure correct paperwork is received and uploaded to work orders.
  • Provide weekly reports back to agent with any anomalies found.
  • Maintaining up to date records in Servicemax system against work orders pending invoicing.
  • Other admin tasks as needed to support the invoicing team.

 

YOUR SKILLS

 

We are looking for a confident communicator with the desire to actively seek solutions to problems. Above all, we are looking for someone with a high attention to detail, that enjoys consistency in their daily tasks. 

 

Other skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administration or data entry role.
  • Computer literate and experienced using Microsoft Office
  • Exposure to ServiceMax or other CRMs is desirable.
