Reporting to the Systems and Process Improvement Manager, this role is primarily responsible for the day to day allocation of work managed by the Invoicing team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all invoicing and associated administration activities are managed in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. With a team of 8 team members in Hallam, this role will suit a motivated individual that has a focus on getting the best out of their team   through creating high engagement and connections to drive efficiency and results!

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage, coach, train and support the Hallam based Invoicing team to deliver the highest level of customer service, identifying learning and development needs.
  • Ensure that the Company meet or exceed contractual compliance targets linked with customer contracts.
  • Communicating with customers, both internal and external, regarding invoice or account enquiries.
  • Develop and improve on current procedures relating to the Invoicing team, ensuring consistency in service delivery and produced outcomes.
  • Develop and implement quantifiable KPIs for the team.
  • Maintain a regular reporting schedule.
  • Finalise end of month processing, including work orders, invoicing and reporting to the Management team

 

YOUR SKILLS

 

You are self-driven, intuitive and passionate about providing exceptional customer service and possess the following skills and experience:

 

  • Experience in a similar team leader or management role
  • Sound understanding of MS Office Suite
  • Strong administrative skills and high levels of attention to detail
  • Strong ability to initiate, build and maintain strong and effective relationships and partnerships with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Works well under pressure, can prioritise and has the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Previous experience with CRM and SAP is advantageous but not essential.
