Pricing Manager

As our business grows, we have established the need for an exciting new role for a Pricing Manager to join or team based in Hallam, VIC. In this role, you will lead the charge in shaping pricing strategies and processes across our Australia and New Zealand markets. Reporting into our global Marketing team with a dotted line locally to our Director of Marketing, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure competitive, value-driven pricing that supports our sustainable growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and policies to drive profitable growth
- Analyse pricing data, market trends, and competitor activity to guide decision making
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns with strategic pricing proposals
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Product to support SAP S/4Hana pricing migration
- Create and maintain pricing performance reports and dashboards
- Provide insights on pricing sensitivity, win/loss analysis, and margin impact
- Lead continuous improvement of pricing tools, processes and governance
YOUR SKILLS
You’re a commercially minded professional with a passion for numbers, analysis, and collaborative impact. Your background has given you the confidence to drive pricing transformation in a dynamic environment.
- 5–7 years’ experience in corporate or consulting roles with exposure to pricing functions
- Proven experience implementing pricing processes and leading change
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI and Salesforce
- CPP certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a partnering mindset
