As a Product Marketing Manager – ACS, you’ll act as a leader and driver of our premium access solutions and services in our local market.

Your role will be crucial in managing product compliance with local standards, market trends, and competitive pricing, while collaborating with our global Product Marketing team to precisely meet local customer demands.

Although our head office is located in Hallam, VIC, however there is opportunity for this role to operate out of our offices based in NSW (Moorebank) or QLD (Coorparoo).

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Market strategy development by assessing the local market needs and distribution channels and current customer demands.
  • Global collaboration with the Global Product Management team, for information on product approvals, business plans and market content for our customer base.
  • Lead and facilitate internal and external training initiatives to ensure comprehensive support and knowledge sharing about out product portfolio is maintained.
  • Oversee the entire product lifestyle in the local Pacific Market. This includes managing new product launches, compliance standards are met as well as regulatory requirements & maintaining high-quality standard throughout.
  • Track and analyse the performance of ACS products and marketing campaigns, using metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Identify and address issues related to product performance, market reception, or marketing execution.

  • Strategic Marketing: Strong capability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams such as product development, sales, and customer support, as well as with external stakeholders like partners and vendors.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging trends.

  • Presentation Skills: Excellent ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to product performance and market execution.
  • Regular Travel: Engage in regular travel to interact with customers, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of local market dynamics and fostering strong relationships.
