We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead - Architectural to drive sales performance and business growth across Victoria. In this leadership role, you’ll develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage key customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue and profitability targets.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the state sales team to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional goals
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, builders & fabricators
- Drive market expansion through business development initiatives
- Oversee pricing, sales processes, and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Provide coaching, training, and motivation to the sales team
YOUR SKILLS
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the architectural, building, or construction industry
- Strong ability to drive sales, manage a P&L, and develop customer-centric strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within a matrix structure and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of OHS&E standards and compliance requirements
