Are you looking to develop your career in administration within a supportive and professional environment? We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service to join our Hallam Service team as a Service Contracts Administrator.
This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and timely renewal of maintenance and service agreements. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to track renewals and maintain accurate contract records—all while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This Role will be commencing in July 2025.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Processing of maintenance and service agreements.

· Maintaining accurate contract records and customer data in our CRM system (Servicemax).
· Collaborating with internal teams to manage pricing, approvals, and urgent works.
· Monitoring renewal rates and providing insights to support customer retention.

Prior experience in service sales administration or CRM systems (e.g. Servicemax) will be an advantage, but a can-do attitude and commitment to great service is most important.
