We are seeking a motivated Service Sales Account Manager to develop and grow service sales across Victoria. In this role, you will nurture existing client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and contribute to dormakaba’s position as a leading service provider in the access solutions industry.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow market share in service sales
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive retention and revenue
  • Proactively seek growth opportunities across all service product groups
  • Generate service proposals and agreements for new and existing customers
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer needs and compliance requirements

 

YOUR SKILLS

 

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management
  • A strong track record of delivering sales results in a competitive market
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to make sound business decisions
  • Experience in solution selling and customer-centric sales approaches
