We have a great opportunity for a Site Compliance Representative to join our Sales Team based in Hallam. Within this role you will work collaboratively with the State Sales Team as well as other internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our products meet requirements, prior and during installations; providing solutions for any changes that may have occurred as a result of project reviews.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with clients, customers and suppliers to ensure that products are appropriate and fit for purpose;
  • Understand customer/client business and requirements
  • Review site prior to installations, ensure solutions meet customer needs.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations or resolutions.
  • Recommend changes or amendments as identified or required.
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure actioning of any changes.
  • Build product awareness with clients and site teams, maximizing opportunities for sales/profitability.
  • Manage customer/client complaints or concerns; work with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally to find mutually acceptable resolutions.

 

YOUR SKILLS

Key skills that we are looking for are:

  • High level of knowledge of customers and markets within the building & construction industry.
  • Communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders, at all levels of the business.
  • The ability to work collaboratively to identify issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Knowledge of OHS&E standards and how they apply to the sales team.
  • General Construction Induction/White Card or willing to obtain.

 

Previous experience in project management within a construction environment as well as a high level of knowledge of products and services sold by dormakaba will be advantageous but not essential.
