Working from our Head Office in Hallam, we are looking for a seasoned support center representative to join our collaborative National Support team on a full-time basis.   

You’ll play a pivotal role in modeling our exceptional customer care at dormakaba AU, by acting as the first point of communication for all inbound phone calls and emails.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Work on a 7 AM to 7 PM rotating roster, handling inbound calls professionally, directing inquiries, and providing accurate information.
  • Respond to contacts via phone, email, and web forms, ensuring prompt, accurate service while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters as needed, and maintaining detailed CRM records of all interactions.
  • Book service technician requests in line with service standards, coordinating schedules while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Process one-off payments securely over the phone, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper transaction documentation.

 

YOUR SKILLS

 

Our support center team are all about solving problems, driving efficiencies, and delivering best practice customer service to our loyal customers and community. In this role, you will effectively communicate with external & internal customers, assisting with any inquiries and transferring them to the relevant departments in a timely and efficient manner.
