A job that matters: your task
- Support mid-term planning, forecasting and budgeting for Operations Global with the focus procurement
- Lead and further develop procurement reporting on a global level
- Develop financial scenarios for procurement initiatives
- Support Operations function in evaluating depth of production, technological vs. economic benefits
- Develop methods for better procurement reporting and saving tracking
- Develop a set of KPIs to drive performance of individual procurement departments and give guidance for the future set-up
- Develop early warning system regarding savings tracking (net and gross)
- Develop together with controllers and procurement colleagues counter measures of plant deviations and follow up to ensure implementation
An experience that matters: your skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a technical field
- At least 3-5 years of expertise in operations controlling or procurement controlling
- Long-term experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience in an international company is beneficial
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to travel for business purposes abroad (6-9 times per year)
