Business Development Sales Representative (MKS)

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Business Development Sales Representative. If you are passionate about driving sales growth and building strategic partnerships, this role is for you.

Based from home, you will focus on acquiring new customers for our Mechanical Key Systems (MKS) solutions, while also expanding our indirect sales pipeline by identifying new partners and increasing our market presence.

 

A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks

  • Define and implement a business development plan for assigned business sectors or geographical areas in alignment with dormakaba sales management goals.
  • Identify and sign up new partners for the dormakaba partner program, ensuring they actively promote and sell dormakaba MKS solutions.
  • Collaborate with the MKS team and coordinate resources to grow indirect sales channels, including marketing, engineering, margin calculation, and risk assessment.
  • Work with dormakaba’s marketing department to ensure that targeted customers are  regularly contacted, and generate leads to pass on to key partners. Follow up on all leads and quotations to maximize sales potential.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to provide accurate monthly reports on sales, marketing activities, lead status, and competitor insights.

 

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills

  • Strong experience in business development or sales, preferably within the mechanical key systems or security solutions industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools is preferred.
