Central Core Administrator - Customer Excellence

We are looking for someone to join our Customer Service Centre on a full time basis Monday to Friday, bases from our Hitchin Office.

 

THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS

 

  • Logging a high number of calls and emails onto the CRM System, including as much information as possible
  • Acting as the first point of contact for our Customers
  • Liaising with the Branches in order to provide accurate updates to Customers
  • Requesting billing information from Customers, to ensure invoices can be completed on time
  • Responding to emails in a timely manner

 

WE PUT TRUST IN YOU: YOUR SKILLS

 

  • Passionate about giving excellent customer service.
  • Superb telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Confident in dealing with customers in a fast paced role, previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages, including Outlook and experience using a CRM system.
