Are you looking for part-time administration work with negotiable hours / working days within a small, close knit, fun marketing team?
We are currently seeking a Part Time Administrator to join us on a fixed term contract basis of 1 year.
A job that matters: Your Tasks
The Marketing Administrator's main responsibilities are to assist the marketing department with administration and campaign support for dormakaba’s range of products and services in the UK and Ireland (?).
Being part of a small, collaborative team, you will help your colleagues with various administration tasks which includes; support with events administration; maintaining marketing email inboxes; responses to internal and external customer requests for various marketing related tasks and items; raising and dealing with all queries regarding; marketing PO’s; and lastly Marketing department meetings – organization and minutes
We really need a proactive superstar to help keep everything on time and working to plan. As a small team we embrace new ideas and open to suggestions. So we like people who can “add value” to what we do.
This is a great opportunity for responsible administrator who needs a part time role where the hours can be built around you.
Experience that matters: Your Skills
- 1 to 2 years in ideally an admin-based role, and confident with the use of MS Office products to include Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Marketing experience preferred but not necessary
- NB, this role is for 22.5 hours/ 4-5 days per week
