We are looking for candidates based in the North of England. 

 

THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS

 

  • In this role you will be responsible for managing a number of Projects at any one time, whilst being expected to define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan, to be able to manage the development and delivery, to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Project Management of one of our largest accounts will be a key focus of this role. All processes from initial survey to quotation to order acceptance and finally delivery, against defined timescales and deliverables, will be your responsibility.
  • You will be responsible for making sure each project is delivered within its financial requirements, monitoring to ensure the financial objectives are met by scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions. In addition, you will be required to produce task specific risk and method statements, in line with both Health and Safety plans and installation requirements.

 

WE PUT TRUST IN YOU: YOUR SKILLS

 

  • We are looking for an individual who has previous Project Management experience, has worked on multiple projects at one time, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • You have good knowledge of hotel security software, an understanding of CDM2015, as well as being CSCS – SMSTS qualified.
  • You will have excellent customer service skills, experience developing long term customer relationships, keen problem solver and be able to liaise with multiple different stakeholders both internal and external.
