As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in our Sales and Service Team. You’ll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and sales through our range of preventative maintenance services to end users and world class architectural products via an established distributor network.

Our Opportunity:

 In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, representing dormakaba in the market. You’ll be tasked with identifying and pursuing preventative maintenance contracts, showcasing our products and solutions, as well as working closely with our architectural hardware distributors on projects in the NT market. Your confidence and drive will be key in closing leads and securing sales opportunities.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, building owners and facilities management professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer support.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operations.
  • Drive sales initiatives and maintain a thorough understanding of our service offerings to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally within a technical or service-oriented field.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with various stakeholders.
