Branch Manager - NT

We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager who has an appetite for full business unit P&L responsibility to continue to grow market share in our NT service business. You will lead an experienced and capable team within our service business with accountability for the timely repair, servicing and maintenance of automatic doors, industrial doors and other building access systems. We offer a 24/7 service to our customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Taking responsibility for a significant and mature business unit – admin, service technicians and sales
• Encouraging a vibrant, open and productive atmosphere and building a high performing service team
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, building owners and facilities management professionals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer support.
• Formulating State Service strategies targeting growth opportunities within the local market
• Ensuring staff conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as within global and local policies and procedures and the dormakaba code of conduct

YOUR SKILLS

• Demonstrated experience in a management role with business unit responsibility
• Strong management and leadership skills with the ability and desire to mentor, coach and engage your team
• A strong ability to navigate challenges and setbacks, maintaining a positive attitude and determination to achieve goals despite obstacles.
• Ability to manage the safety of all staff within the business unit
• High level of client focus / client management
• Experience in managing teams within a technical environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers at all levels
• Strong IT and reporting skills
