dormakaba is seeking a Brand & Demand Generation Manager, (LGS) Lodging Systems to join the Indianapolis, IN marketing team. This position will be responsible for partnering with the Lodging team (hospitality, multi-housing and vacation rentals) as well as Product Marketing Manager, LGS to strategize and execute successful marketing campaigns and effectively position our products in identified key markets.



  • Supports LGS leadership, sales, and product management team to create and deliver marketing programs that capture, and nurture leads through the buying process
  • Creates impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates that take leads to opportunities to sales. Manages demand generation campaign plans leveraging content marketing, email marketing, account-based marketing, paid and organic search marketing, website, digital assets, partner co-marketing, channel marketing and others
  • Works with internal graphic designer and external vendors to develop compelling and effective sales tools such as sales presentations, customer success stories, videos, merchandising, displays and competitive positioning for LGS markets
  • Collaborates with digital marketing and sales teams to align goals and priorities and understand the wants and needs of each respective channel. Utilizes insights secured in customer journey maps and personas, develop a comprehensive Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) plan to define the direction of marketing campaign execution
  • Works closely with sales enablement team to deliver tools to field sales team and gather sales feedback
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and identity, while leveraging personas to deliver most relevant message via most effective method
  • Supports Senior Manager, Events and Brand Experience on in-person events including pre-show planning, on-site presence, logistics and post-event follow up and nurturing
  • Partners with the Merchandising & Display Manager and Senior Manager, Brand Experience to create meaningful channel-oriented displays. Work together to optimize the impact and continuity of dormakaba brand imagery and key messaging across all physical display touch points.



  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, journalism
  • 7+ years of marketing or communications experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment to plan, prioritize and delegate work effectively
  • Excel at cross-group collaboration with excellent follow through capability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% and use public transportation as needed
