Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A based in Indianapolis, IN. The Finance Manager, FP&A is responsible for being a key contributor to the AS Amer Finance team, leading all monthly reporting requirements, driving the budgeting and forecast process, and partnering cross functionally with senior leadership.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $130,000 - $150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.
What you will do
- Lead all monthly reporting requirements, including variance analysis to budget/forecast, and messaging to executive leadership team
- Coordinate and define reporting and forecasting rhythms, and complete any ad hoc analysis required by management
- Manage annual budget and planning processes for full P&L. Ensure adherence to Group timelines and requirements and establish requirements for local controllers and functional leaders. Partner with senior leadership to develop realistic financial plans aligned to operational goals
- Drive in process improvement projects to gain efficiencies in reporting and forecasting cycles
- Develop, coach, and manage a team of analysts with the goal of building an organization of future finance leaders
What we require
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 7-10 years of experience in Finance, with previous FP&A experience
