Global Process Expert (S/4 HANA - EWM) - Remote

dormakaba is seeking a Global Process Expert based in Indianapolis, IN. The Global Process Expert carries detailed, functional responsibility for planning, designing, executing and controlling the smooth operation of warehouse and integrations processes. The Global Process Expert also has detailed process know-how and ensures the continuous improvement of the process and apps.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $120,000 - $150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop standardized processes and procedures of warehouse and cross functional business process in detail.
• Analyze assigned processes and identify opportunities for improvement in terms of efficiency, quality and harmonization/standardization aspects.
• Participate in various SAP projects like template definition, fit-gap analysis, template build, testing, go-live and/or support projects.
• Independently design SAP EWM and WM specific processes and know the integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, TM, PP, etc.).
• Write business requirements documents, functional specifications/configuration documents.
• Prepare and conduct user training.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, team members and clients.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• 5 plus years hands-on experience of S/4 HANA with one end to end implementation in extended warehouse management capacity
• Extensive operational and organizational knowledge of logistics & warehouse management processes with cross functional business processes (inbound, outbound, internal and functionalities)
• Experience in delivering presentations, training material, end user training
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing industry
• Flexibility to travel on demand
• Fluency in English

WHAT WE PREFER

• 7 years of hands-on experience with multiple end-to-end S/4 HANA implementations
• Certification in S/4 HANA EWM
• Fluency in multiple languages
• Previous experience working in multicultural global teams
