POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Plater Operator to join our Manufacturing team in Indianapolis.

 

**We're offering a $2000 SIGN ON BONUS for this role!!**

 

 HIRING SALARY: $ 39,312 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Operates 626 plating machine according to standard operating instructions

  • Adds appropriate chemicals in proper amounts to 626 machines

  • Maintains rack conveying system in operating order; perform maintenance as necessary

  • Performs maintenance and repairs to 626 plating machines

  • Trains department team members as necessary

  • Performs other duties as assigned by the manager to support departmental goals

  • Performs duties and responsibilities as described in the quality systems

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
