POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Production Supervisor based in Indianapolis, IN. This role will report directly to the Materials Operations Manager and work closely with the Indianapolis Operations team. The Production Supervisor is responsible for providing effective work direction, guidance, and interactive assistance to the operations staff in their assigned area.

 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $70,000 - $80,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Plan manpower assignments and move employees effectively to cover various tasks as requirements develop
  • Collect and post the key performance indicators assigned to the function.  
  • Troubleshoot problems by allocating resources to resolve issues
  • Supervise all floor activities related to the function of the assigned department(s)
  • Coach and counsel subordinate employees
  • Educate and train associates in the correct usage of SAP for the assigned functions
