We are currently looking for an Human Resources Intern to support various HR projects within our office location in Kağıthane-Istanbul, Turkey.
HR Intern role is a 5-month tenured position and will be taking critical responsibility within the HR department. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be working in close cooperation across diverse departments. This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve personnel affairs & payroll processes.
This is an on-site position.
A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks
- Supporting Personnel Affairs & Payroll topics and projects.
- Organizing and digitizing personnel files and related records. Maintaining employee files and records in hard and soft copy form.
- Assuming responsibility for the entry processes for newjoiners as well as exit processes of leaving employees, will ensure all steps are aligned with the legal regulations and corporate guidelines/procedures of dormakaba.
- Keeping updated personnel records for new hires, related changes/transfers and exits.
- Organizing the interview schedules during recruitment processes.
- Supporting various HR projects; such as employee engagement projects, internal & external employer branding activities.
- Conducting the employee’s onboarding process.
- Helping to organize the training & development initiatives.
- Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics to resolve any issues that may arise.
EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills
- Being enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a undergraduate school program in relevant field.
- Internship experience in personnel affairs is preferred.
- Having excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English.
- Being available to work for minimum 3 days a week for 5 months.
- Strong skills in MS Office programs
- Having a basic understanding of HR practices.
- Proficient in recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and kariyer.net
- Always eager to learn and develop, having "can do approach" and super interested in employee experience lifecycle.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
