Due to expansion, we are recruiting for a Skilled Fabricator to join our team at our subsidiary company, MGS in Kingswinford.

 

 

A JOB THAT MATTERS: YOUR TASKS 

 

We are currently looking for a Skilled Fabricator to join MGS, to be involved with the Production of quality aluminium door, window, and curtain wall systems from extrusions. The role will involve working with a small team of skilled fabricators who produce high specification, made to order systems, for clients across the UK.

 

Each job is different so you will need to be able to consult the engineering drawings supplied and have great attention to detail to produce each product on a “right 1st time” basis.  Sometimes this can be to tight manufacturing schedules, so you need to be a team player and up for a challenge. On occasion you may be asked to deliver and collect materials to/from site and/or suppliers, so we need someone who is flexible and happy to take on a variety of responsibilities.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: YOUR SKILLS 

 

  • 3-5 years’ experience of Aluminium fabrication, inclusive of at least one of the following: Doors, Windows, Curtain Walling, shopfront, framing.
  • Confident with the safe use of various machinery i.e.  Copy Routers / Bead saws, punch tools etc,
