We are proud to say that we have the best engineers in the business, who all go the extra mile to ensure that dormakaba customers get execptional service every day, building trust in everything we do.  As a field engineer for dormakaba you will be part of a team of technicians and service personnel who collaborate with each other to ensure that our customers remain satisfied with the service we provide. You will service and maintain a wide range of automatic and manual doors, entrance equipment, rollers doors and various other products. In the most part you will cover calls across the Midlands, sometimes working alone, sometimes with collegues but always with the right tools and training to enable you to try and get the job right first time,   

Our commitment to you will be to ensure that you always have the best support, with fully equipped vans (tools provided). You will be given regular training in order to improve your skill set and a personal development programme which offers the opportunity for professional and career development within the business.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS : YOUR SKILLS 

To be considered you will need to demonstrate:

• Previously worked in the auto or industrial door sector with the ability to maintain and service either automatic doors, sectional and roller doors or other products within the sector. Consideration may given to those from the automatic gate and barrier industry.
• IT literate with the ability to use tablet, phone or app based reporting and customer portals.
• Have the flexibility to cover on call arrangements as required
• Permanently resident in any of the following postcodes: WV, DY, B, CV, LE, NN, MK, DE, NG
• Have a full UK driving licence
