Sr Project Manager

dormakaba is seeking a Sr Project Manager in Lexington, KY (Onsite). This role is responsible for facilitate and lead strategic initiatives for large and high complexity projects, which may be customer specific, large product introductions or transfers.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100,000 to $120,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Responsible for ensuring all the project requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered, understood and properly translated for execution
• Build team(s) to address the project goals and objectives
• Collaborate with customer (internal or external) from requirements gathering through product acceptance.
• Align the team to customer needs by establishing milestones, goals, and objectives based on input from all functional areas and stakeholders
• Review project schedules with engineering & business management.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Bachelor’s degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• 12+years experience in project management or related discipline
• Must be adept at navigating the diversified landscape with respect to country cultures, company divisions and internal hierarchies
