A job that matters: Your Tasks 

 

To provide best customer experience. As a Sales Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether this be over the phone, face to face or via email.

 

  • Processing Sales orders
  • Providing customers with Quotations
  • Offering technical advice to customers
  • Processing payments 
  • Organising returns or exchanges
  • Contacting suppliers, order chasing, prices and availability
  • Supporting the warehouse during bust/holiday periods

 

 

An experience that matters: Your Skills

 

  • 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Computer literate
  • Educational requirements: Maths, English
