To provide best customer experience. As a Sales Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether this be over the phone, face to face or via email.
- Processing Sales orders
- Providing customers with Quotations
- Offering technical advice to customers
- Processing payments
- Organising returns or exchanges
- Contacting suppliers, order chasing, prices and availability
- Supporting the warehouse during bust/holiday periods
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Computer literate
- Educational requirements: Maths, English
