A job that matters: your tasks
Prototyping and Validation:
- Collaborate with the development team to create prototypes and demos, utilizing AWS tools and services, gathering early feedback from product management, partners, and customers
- Validate the latest development achievements directly on the AWS platform and ensure their quality through coordination with the software test department
Innovation and Improvement:
- Bring innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience and product functionality, leveraging the latest AWS services and cloud technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends, new technologies, interface patterns, competitor products, and industry trends to inform product development
DevOps Culture:
- Foster a DevOps culture within the team, promoting continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and infrastructure as code practices
- Collaborate closely with DevOps engineers to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud services on AWS
Continuous Quality and Security Improvement:
- Ensure continuous quality improvement by implementing automated testing, code reviews, and performance monitoring
- Prioritize security by integrating best practices in all stages of the development process, including secure coding, regular vulnerability assessments, and compliance with industry standards
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with Product Managers to develop, refine, and prioritize the product backlog for specific areas of the mobile app
- Compose comprehensive User Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria, ensuring all paths, including edge cases and error conditions, are considered
- Partner with UX and UI designers to create user journeys and designs that deliver best-in-class experiences while adhering to the Brand identity and Design system
Technical Documentation and Development Support:
- Document technical details needed for user stories in collaboration with development teams
- Work with QA, test, and release teams to ensure features meet the highest quality standards and support market onboarding and test execution
Agile and SAFe Practices:
- Participate in SAFe program increment planning sessions and other Agile ceremonies to share progress, manage dependencies, and align with other teams
- Promote Agile best practices within the team, contributing to continuous improvement efforts
Customer Focus:
- Champion the needs of our customers in every feature, ensuring a customer-centric approach in product development
- Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously refine and improve the product
An experience that matters: your skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional training in AWS certification, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices is highly desirable
- Professional proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
- In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles; familiarity with the SAFe framework is a plus
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: agile development, cloud development, IoT devices, firmware development, data analytics, mobile technologies, and user experience design
- Strong curiosity and passion for emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer focus with the ability to champion customer needs in every feature
- Fluency in English
