HR Learning & Development Specialist

A job that matters: your tasks

• Contribute and support to the development of learning programs together with People Development stakeholders, external partners and international business schools including updating training slides, ensuring training content is updated to the latest dormakaba branding and style
• Support DVP Global Employee Engagement, DE&I by coordinating training events including hotel and training venue bookings, coordinating travel arrangements, distribution of training content, arranging lunches and breaks etc.
• Act as internal Management Trainer, facilitate selected modules and training sessions in cooperation with DVP Global Employee Engagement, DE&I and other internal trainers
• Ensure training records and events are updated in the Learning Management System in coorperation with Senior Specialist Global Training and LMS Administration 
• Prepare marketing and communication material for Learning & Development activities, e.g. L&D intranet

An experience that matters: your skills

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience either in a comparable HR role or in a professional service firm / HR consultancy
• Degree in psychology, business administration or equivalent
