POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking a Lead Application Service Delivery & Support to join our team. This position is responsible for leading the Global Application Service Delivery & Support to ensure the Business-critical IT Applications are supported, maintained close to the customer in terms of a 24h service (working days).
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Responsible for management of the Global Application Service Delivery & Support
- Ensures Service Level agreements are kept and ensure cost and resources control
- Ensures that Business requirements are translated and implemented together with the 3rd Level Support
- Acts as interface between the GPO’s and Global IT with all Business Application relevant topics (Stakeholder Management)
- Ensures qualifications, trainings and know-how of the entire Application Support Teams and ensure the overall Global IT rules and regulations (standards)
- Manages the AMS off-shore center and being the off-shore hub responsible for all BA
- Negotiates contracts with suppliers
- Responsible for BA Services
- Responsible for application management of relevant Systems
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree (IT or Business Administration) or similar experience
- Lead Support Organization e.g. SAP Center of Excellence or similar (5-10 years)
- Work in Project in different functions (Member / PM)
- International experience (Group / Regional function)
- Fluent in English, Spanish and German are an asset
