A job that matters: your tasks
- PIM and DAM System Implementation: Lead the planning, design, and continuous execution of PIM and DAM system implementations, ensuring that they meet the global organization's requirements and objectives
- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth technical knowledge of SaaS PIM and DAM systems, including the ability to configure, customize, and integrate these systems with existing infrastructure and other software solutions
- Output Channel and Data Oriented: Strong focus on relevant output channels such as e-commerce, website, print media and data exports for customers while handling both simple and complex configurable products
- Project Management: Utilize strong project management skills to define project scope, set milestones, create timelines, allocate resources, and manage the project budget effectively. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Change Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure smooth adoption of PIM and DAM systems across the organization. Train and support team members in embracing and effectively using these systems
- Integration and Interoperability: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PIM and DAM systems with other enterprise systems (e.g., e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, content management systems) to optimize data flow and accessibility
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with PIM and DAM system vendors, including contract negotiations, service level agreements, and continuous evaluation of functionalities and system performance. Keep abreast of system updates and enhancements
- Analytics and Reporting: Implement data analytics and reporting tools within the PIM and DAM systems to measure and analyze data and asset quality, usage, performance, and user engagement. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and improvements as well as driving cleansing and enrichment initiatives
- Team and Stakeholder Management: Manage a small team and closely work with product owners, global and local marketing departments as well as MDM team to ensure high quality and proper data maintenance for product information and assets
An experience that matters: your skills
- 3+ years in a similar position with a strong technical and project management background, extensive experience with simple and complex product information, building data structures and implementing PIM and DAM platforms like Akeneo or Celum. Knowledge about SAP MM is a plus
- Diploma, Bachelor or Master degree in economics, IT, engineering, marketing or similar. Additional project management OR Six Sigma certification is a plus
