Position Overview

We are currently seeking a People Technology Lead to join our team and take ownership of the strategy, delivery, and continuous evolution of the HR technology ecosystem at dormakaba.

In this senior leadership role, you will lead a team of specialised technology leads across Talent, Performance & Reward, Core HR, Payroll & Time, and Release, Testing & Quality. You will ensure that the organization’s SuccessFactors platform and connected systems are stable, compliant, and continuously optimised.

 

 

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end accountability for the SuccessFactors platform and connected HR systems, ensuring stability, compliance, and data integrity across all modules. 
  • Establish and uphold governance standards covering change management, release cycles, testing protocols, system documentation, and access controls. 
  • Oversee the Release, Testing & Quality function to ensure rigorous UAT, regression testing, and controlled deployment practices. 
  • Serve as the senior technology partner to People Experience Partners, ensuring business requirements are well-understood, scoped, and delivered effectively. 
  • Own the intake and prioritization of technology demand from HR domain hubs, assessing requests against strategic value, complexity, and capacity. 
  • Embed the requirements translation capability previously held by the Galaxy Business Architect, sustaining this expertise within People Technology. 
  • Partner with the Digital People Experience team to ensure SuccessFactors is configured to support automation, self-service, and AI-driven employee journeys. 
  • Collaborate with People Data & Insights to maintain clean data architecture and support reporting and analytics requirements. 
  • Engage IT as a strategic partner on integration design, security, and enterprise architecture. 
  • Lead or sponsor significant technology programs including module implementations, platform upgrades, and system integrations. 

What we require

• Solid experience in HR technology leadership roles, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules.
• Proven track record of leading HR technology teams in a complex, global organization.
• Experience owning HR system implementations or major platform programs end-to-end, from requirements through to adoption.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, core HR, payroll, and time management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with HR leaders and business partners.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Strong governance mindset with focus on change management, quality, and platform stability.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance tactical delivery with long-term platform evolution.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience working in global, matrix organisations
• Experience with large-scale HR transformation programmes (e.g. SuccessFactors transformations)
• Familiarity with integrated HR technology landscapes and enterprise platforms
