A job that matters: Your Tasks 

The jobholder is responsible for adapting and executing the long-term vision and strategy for the product line “Mobile Solutions” (Mobile Access and evolo smart) aligning it with the company's growth targets and strategic decisions. 

• Manages the lifecycle, steers the assigned solutions and apps, and supports the local Market Organizations to maximize market success globally.
• Is expected to specify adequate products and solutions by thinking from the customer's perspective considering requirements from all core markets, prioritize the product development roadmaps and ensuring a strong convergence towards a streamlined global portfolio. 
• Manages the global Mobile Solutions portfolio adhering to the AIM and SAFe Process and ensures innovation resources are optimally utilized (resource prioritization).
• Supervises and takes responsibility for each stage of product lifecycle from idea till phase out.
• Creates and maintains a roadmap that outlines the features, functionalities, and enhancements to be implemented over time. This involves product initiatives such as product and quality improvements, sales initiatives, price and marketing campaigns.
• Plans product launches, including go-to-market strategies and communication plans.
• Works closely with cross-cluster teams such as Lodging, Electronic Access, Managed Residential to respect different customer needs. 
• Ensures a smooth execution of the roadmap by a collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, sales, operations, marketing and legal.
• Tracks product performance regularly, analyses user feedback, customer satisfaction and makes data-driven decisions for product improvements and iterations.

An experience that matters: Your Skills 

• At least 3-5 years working experience required.
• Access Control industry background preferred but not mandatory.
• PM/PMM, Business Development, Sales or Engineering background favoured.   
• Degree in engineering, business economics, marketing, communications
