The Senior Specialist Internal Communications will facilitate, improve, and drive global internal communication measures, ensuring that the global workforce is informed and engaged.

 

A job that matters: Your Tasks 

  • Content creation and planning for various global internal communication channels.
  • Strategy communication: Plan, implement, and run internal communication activities around our Shape4Growth strategy and transformation program.
  • Translate topics around our transformation into communication concepts and formats.
  • Employee engagement: Drive and implement new global employee engagement measures to improve employee engagement.
  • Leadership communication: Organization and preparation of various leadership formats
  • Consultant to global business for internal communication activities.
  • Networking: Establish and maintain a broad global network to foster internal communications and gather stories.

 

An experience that matters: Your Skills

  • Degree in communications, journalism, or similar related studies.
  • Proven track record in international internal communications, change management, and experience with employee engagement.
  • Ideally, additional experience working in a communication agency.
  • 5 to 7 years of related work experience.
  • High affinity for journalistic writing and for managing digital channels, including knowledge in the use of content management systems and editorial planning tools.
  • Proficient in the use of video communication formats as well as internal social media applications
  • Ability to conceptually bring communication ideas closer to the respective target group through the right channel and in the right communication style.
  • High PowerPoint proficiency; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign beneficial
  • Excellent editorial skills in English, business fluency in German would be an additional asset.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible and agile;
  • Used to and enjoy working in an international surrounding within a global communications team, based in multiple locations.
