We are seeking for a Sales Manager/Specialist, Access Hardware Solutions specialized in entrance automatics door & interior glass system to join our team, based in Philippines Office!
A JOB THAT MATTER: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible in promoting and selling dormakaba Door Hardware products to meet and drive customer centricity
- Build and sustain good relationship with distributors, and approach prospects and new customers for new sales opportunities.
- Approach prospect and new customers for new sales opportunities.
- Trend closely on market development and possess sound knowledge of competitor’s activities.
- Optimize revenue and gross margin for specific solutions in line with quarterly and yearly objectives.
- Follow up closely on payment collection within the approved terms
- Collaborate with Specifications team to achieve better specifications coverage
- Provide an accurate forecast to management and drives regular funnel reviews with project opportunities
- Prepare monthly report on entrance system control project opportunities.
- Communicate on market forecast and any relevant information related to customer satisfaction and competition activity.
- To presentation and to conduct products demonstration to prospects.
- Deal contractually and commercially with the changes requested by customer during project execution.
- To maintain good business relationship with timely support and solutions.
- Negotiation/ close deals
- Assist in any other ad-hoc market research required by management from time to time.
- Willing to work on extended hours
EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: YOUR SKILLS & QULIFICATION
- Good knowledge of the Company’s products and service offerings.
- Experienced level of selling, sales forecast and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the market and competitors. Anticipates possible developments at competitors and takes timely decisions to protect and/or strengthen the market position.
- Experienced level of customer relationship management skills. Ability to anticipate needs, sell and build customer base.
- Ability to prepare data sets for analysis, simulation and forecasting for Monthly Performance Review with Management team.
- Entrepreneur spirit to be able to drive new and creative initiatives for both recovery and growth initiatives
- High collaboration with multiple teams across the business.
- Excellent communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external stakeholders/ customers
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Sales driver, results-oriented and a team player
Qualifications:
- Architectural Graduate is an advantage
- Proven sales track record in Sales and Channel Management in the related industry Relevant working experience in selling door hardware will be an added advantage
