- Calculate and prepare quotations for complex projects and maintenance/repair services, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
- Draft and prepare associated contracts for approved quotations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support the Sales department in generating leads and conducting sales outreach (e.g., Telesales) from infrequent/low-tier customers
- Manage and monitor projects during the bidding phase: call construction companies, submit bid documents, and register.
- Liaise with Local Sales teams, Finance, and Technicians to gather necessary information and ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, contracts, and customer interactions in the relevant systems and project costs.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining records and templates related to quotation and contract activities

Language Skills:
- Fluent English in both written and spoken communication
- Fluent in any European language in both written and spoken communication
Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a sales and service back-office environment
- Experience in calculating quotations for complex projects and preparing associated contracts
- Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Strong analytical abilities to accurately calculate quotations and assess project requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
