Responsible for supporting the Project Manager along with Support Co-ordinator in the smooth running of Projects & Service by providing office support through internal processes and SAP to assist the effective running of the Projects & Service Department.

 

A job that matters: Your Tasks 

 

  • Processing & invoicing of Project & service delivery through the use of SAP, and support of the Project Manager
  • Support the Initiation of production and fabrication of order.
  • Coordinate the installation & service activities of subcontractors and dormakaba installation teams.
  • Keep the PSA file up to date
  • Monitoring and handling installation complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate delivery of materials and any equipment to site in time and specification of required tools for installation. (& Check accuracy of invoices from suppliers)
  • Weekly monitoring of costs throughout the life of a project and notify Project Manager of deviations outside of accepted margin and expenditure
  • Provide support and advice for customers as required for active projects

 

 

An experience that matters: Your Skills

 

  • 4 years of logistic experience.
  • Knowledge of process workflow.
  • Commercial understanding.
  • Strong communication skills across all functions.
  • Organisational levels internally and externally.
  • Strong IT Skills, with SAP experience
  • Leaving Certificate and admin related qualification / course preferable
